1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and cbjivip, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cbjivip.net (the "Platform"). cbjivip takes age verification seriously. At the point of registration, all players are required to confirm their age. Any account where the player is found to be under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting applicable transaction fees.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the cbjivip Platform, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits via bank transfer are subject to the minimum transfer thresholds set by the respective bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and processing time.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

cbjivip periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. The general principles governing all bonuses on cbjivip are as follows:

• A player may claim each promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses claimed via multiple accounts will be voided.
• Wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in that bonus's specific terms.
• Bonuses are only valid for the period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and free spins expire at the end of the stated validity window and cannot be reinstated.
• Deposited funds (real money) are always used before bonus funds when wagering. Bonus funds are played last.
• cbjivip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in active wagering will continue to be honoured under the terms at the time of acceptance.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, deliberately exploiting a technical error to over-claim a reward, or placing hedged bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the cbjivip Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Attempting to access the Platform or any part of it using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any non-human browsing mechanism.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.

• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Placing bets using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or cbjivip staff members via any channel, including live chat and email.
• Allowing or enabling a third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

7 Game Rules & Betting

These Terms do not supersede game-specific rules; where a conflict exists, the game-specific rules will apply to gameplay matters, while these Terms apply to account, payment, and conduct matters.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cbjivip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of cbjivip or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from cbjivip.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbjivip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from a technical failure, server outage, or internet connectivity issue beyond cbjivip's reasonable control.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

cbjivip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback request or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Instruction from a law enforcement agency, regulatory authority, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• The account has been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

Players may also choose to close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting the cbjivip support team via live chat and requesting account closure. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all pending KYC requirements.

In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, cbjivip reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance where that balance is found to include funds derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other misconduct. cbjivip will notify the player in writing (via their registered email address) of any decision to withhold funds, together with the grounds for that decision.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cbjivip operates as a platform accessible to players in Bangladesh and is committed to conducting its operations in a transparent, fair, and legally compliant manner.

In the event of any dispute between a player and cbjivip, the player should first contact the cbjivip support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute in clear English. cbjivip commits to providing a substantive written response to formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. cbjivip values every player relationship and will make every reasonable effort to reach a fair and mutually acceptable outcome.

If you have a complaint regarding the fairness of a specific game outcome, cbjivip will conduct a full review of the relevant game logs and RNG data. Game logs are retained for a minimum period of 12 months and are available to players on request for outcomes they wish to dispute. Results confirmed by independent RNG certification are considered final and binding.
